Why independence is the product
A plumber who finds a leak also sells the repair, and a roofer who inspects a roof also quotes the replacement. We do neither, so nothing in a report depends on the work it might produce. Clients take our findings to their own contractor or put them out to bid.
Every report documents what was inspected, what was found, how it was confirmed, and what could not be inspected.
